Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

Thanks to our loyal clients, that’s YOU, we have seen steady growth and now are booking up several weeks in advance. Because we value each and every one of you, we are hoping our new policy will allow the opportunity for you to secure your desired appointment and also provide a way for those on the waitlist be able to be notified promptly of availability.

We require a 24-hour notice to make any changes or cancellations to appointments. We understand that life happens and want to make sure that want to provide you with the simplest way to make changes as long as it is within the cancellation window. To notify us of a any changes to your appointment, please text  713-804-8330 or e-mail us at info@facialaestheticsteam.com.

Effective Immediately, our new DEPOSIT POLICY will change to the following:  

 

 

1. All appointment types for clients will have a $50 charge applied at the time of booking to RESERVE both your and the provider’s       time for the appointment. 

2. The deposit will be credited to your appointment on the scheduled day and time.

3. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

3. Please allow 24 hours advance to notify us to reschedule or cancel your set appointment. 

4. If an appointment is canceled at the last minute or missed completely, the deposit will go towards the providers time for the missed    appointment and will not be refunded.

5. All PDO thread appointments will require $250 deposit, same rules above apply.

Gracias a nuestros clientes fieles, eres tu, nosotros hemos visto un crecimiento firme y ahora estamos reservados hasta unas semanas en avance. Inmediatamente en efectivo, nuestra nueva póliza de deposito cambiara a lo siguiente:

 

1. Cada tipo de citas para clientes tendrán un cobre de $50 al tiempo de reservar la cita para poder reservar el tiempo de no solo su tiempo, pero también del proveedor.

2. El deposito será crédito a su cite el día y hora de reservación.

3. Por favor de avisar nos hasta 24 horas en avance para pode cancelar o cambiar la fecha de su cita para otro día.

4. Si su cita esta cancelada al ultimo momento o no avica para cancelar cita, el deposito no será crédito para la cita.

5. Cada cita de PDO requiere un deposito de $250, las mismas reglas de arribe sigue.
