Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

As you know we are growing rapidly and to continue providing you with the best quality service, we are introducing a new policy for scheduled appointments.  For peace of mind before booking an appointment or to know how to cancel your appointment, here's how to find the correct policy.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

 
***NEW CANCEL/NO SHOW/deposit policy: PLEASE READ BELOW***
deposit policy:
Clients will incur a $50 deposit at the time of booking for select appointment types.
The deposits will be credited to your scheduled appointment. 
If client's do not show up for their scheduled appointment, your deposit maybe forfeited. Please see the policy for After you book to learn about cancelling and rescheduling your appointment.
 

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS & No Show policy:
Our policy requires 48-hour advance notice to make any changes to your upcoming appointment. Cancellations made after 48-hours will be considered a late cancellation. After two late cancellations, you may be charged a $50 deposit for future appointments.
All NO SHOWS will be cancelled immediately and required to pay a $50 deposit for any future appointments. No exceptions for NO SHOWS
Extenuating circumstances:
Did you miss your appointment due to an unforeseen circumstance? You may be eligible for a refund of your deposit.  Please email us at info@facialaestheticsteam.com
