Because we value each and every one of you, we are hoping our new policy will allow the opportunity for you to secure your desired appointment and also provide a way for those on the waitlist be able to be notified promptly of availability. With that in mind, we have created policies to protect your's and our provider's time.

CANCELLATION & return POLICY
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. We strive to provide the best possible service, and we appreciate your trust in our work. Please note that all payments for services rendered and cancellations paid for a missed service are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals.

Your paid invoice serves as your signed statement of satisfaction for goods and services provided.
